Mix a bit of the white paint with the red paint. Also, be sure to have a white painted egg from the prep tutorial ready

  • Mickey - 4

Starting in the middle of the egg, paint a thick red ring, going down towards the base. Don’t cover the whole base though

  • Mickey - 5

Next take the yellow paint, and fill in the rest of the base

  • Mickey - 8

Mix the white and black paint to make a dark grey on your palette or paper plate. Paint the entire top of the egg

  • Mickey - 9

Next, use a flesh tone colour to paint a Mickey Mouse shaped face in the middle of the dark grey layer

  • Mickey - 10

Using the black paint, put a large dot in the middle of the Mickey Mouse face for his nose

  • Mickey - 11

Then take the white paint and paint two white long ovals for the eyes

  • Mickey - 12

Dab each white oval with black dots

  • Mickey - 13

Next add a line of white paint on the nose for a shine

  • Mickey - 14

And add a small line for Mickey’s smile under his nose using the grey paint

  • Mickey - 16

To make his ears paint two dark grey dots on white paper and cut each dot out

  • Mickey - 18

Glue an ear on each side of Mickey’s head

  • Mickey - 20

You should now have a finished Mickey Mouse Easter Egg that looks a little like this!
